Description
A full restaurant range in 24.00" of line space: four open top burners across a 24.00" x 24.00" cooktop, with one standard oven directly underneath. Each burner is rated 33,000 BTU/hr and the oven burner adds another 30,000, for 162,000 BTU/hr total on natural gas. Small restaurants, cafes and cafeteria lines get sauté capacity and roasting capacity out of a two-foot section of wall.
Two-ring burner heads spread the flame so a small saucepan and a wide rondeau both sit in even heat, and the removable 12.00" x 12.00" cast iron grates lift straight out at close. Underneath, the enamel-lined oven cavity measures 26.00" x 26.00" x 15.00" and takes bun pans widthwise or lengthwise on two chrome racks with four guide positions, running anywhere from 175°F to 500°F. Stainless steel covers the front, sides, kick plate, back guard and over shelf, and a full-width stainless crumb tray slides out from under the burner box. At 268 lb it sits solid once it is levelled.
