Description
Four open burners across a 24.00" x 24.00" cooking surface give this countertop gas hot plate 112,000 BTU/Hr to work with. Catering kitchens and hotel pantries use it as a second range top when the main line is committed. Every burner carries its own manual control, so four different cooking speeds run at once.
The burners are heavy-duty lift-off cast iron over a stainless steel body, and each one has a stainless steel standby pilot behind it for immediate ignition. Cleaning is the part cooks notice: the burners lift out by hand, and the seamless drip pan runs the full length of the base and slides clear. Gas comes in at 0.75" NPT, 4" W.C. on natural gas or 10" W.C. on propane using the conversion kit that ships with the unit. The whole thing stands 13.38" high on adjustable stainless legs with non-skid feet.
