Description
Two cast iron three-ring burners run front to back on this stock pot range, each rated 80,000 BTU/Hr for 160,000 BTU/Hr total. It keeps the 18.00" width of the single-burner model and stretches to 41.00" deep, which puts two large pots on the go against one wall. Banquet and institutional kitchens producing stock and soup in parallel are the natural fit.
Each burner gets two manual control valves, four in total, so the inner and outer rings on either pot fire independently and a batch can be held down to a bare simmer. Two continuous pilots per burner mean no relighting through a long production day. Heavy duty cast iron top grates cover the full 18.00" x 41.00" cooking area, with stainless steel sides, front valve cover and legs and a full-length seamless drip pan underneath. Allow 17.00" of clearance to combustibles and 4.00" at the rear; the unit weighs 224 lbs net and ships at 310 lbs.
