Description
At 12" wide, this manual gas griddle is the smallest flat top in the BMG line, sized for a food truck or a concession stand with one spare foot of counter. A single 30,000 BTU/Hr burner heats a 0.75" thick polished steel plate, and the plate thickness is the point: it stores heat and gives it back when cold product lands. The cooking surface measures 12.00" x 20.50".
Depth is 30.00" and height 15.25", which keeps the unit inside a standard counter run. A stainless steel standby pilot lights the burner right away, and one manual control sets the temperature. The cabinet is stainless steel inside and out, with a full-length drip pan that pulls out for cleaning and adjustable legs on non-skid feet. Gas connects at 0.75" NPT, shipping on natural gas at 4" WC with the propane conversion kit in the carton.
