Description
Twin 10 lb basins give this countertop electric fryer two independent 5 L tanks in a 23.25" wide cabinet. Each side runs its own oil, which keeps allergens and strong flavours apart on a small line. Two baskets are supplied, one per basin.
Power is the detail to plan around: 1780 W per side on 120 V single phase at 14.83 A, with a NEMA 5-15P cord on each basin, so the installation takes two outlets and two 20 amp breakers. Both tanks are thickened stainless steel inside a stainless steel body, and the baskets measure 9.50" x 7.50" x 4.60" with cool-to-the-touch handles. Thermostat control on each side shuts its element off at the set point and restarts as the oil falls. The unit weighs 22.5 lbs and needs 17.00" of clearance to combustibles with 4.00" at the rear.
