Excellent protection against scratching is provided by a 3-ply KERAVIS Extreme non-stick coating, reinforced with ceramic particles. This also ensures that the pan is easy to maintain and clean. For best results, gently clean by hand. However, the pan is also dishwasher-safe. This will return many years of happy service, even with intensive use. The solid, forged aluminum heats the cookware quickly so that you don’t have to wait too long to get cooking. Is it suitable for use on induction hobs? Of course. And not only that. Thanks to its radiant induction technology, heat is ideally distributed for energy-efficient cooking.
