Three Ply Bonding
Three ply bonding extends throughout pots and pans all the way to the rim. The thick aluminum core transfers heat efficiently for even browning without hot spots which cause sticking. Permanently Secured

I love this pan - I think I also need the 12 inch size. It’s true you need both the 10 and 12 inch size and wish there was a combo at a discount. It is still a good deal. It replaces a copper pan I owned and loved but the copper pan was damaged and the cost to replace it is so high. I did a lot research before buying the All Clad and it delivers. Very happy with my purchase.

THe pan looks gorgeous and it really cooks food evenly as promise. Once I figured out the temperature to add things, nothing was sticking. I loved this pan so much, that I ended up buying the whole set. Great Job All-Clad. I also wanted to say that their customer service is A+!!!
