The Vulcan EV60SS-10FP240 is a 60" electric restaurant range configured with ten 9 1/2" round French plates and two ovens for handling multiple cooking, baking, warming, and finishing tasks at once. Each French plate delivers 2 kW of heat, giving commercial kitchens a broad cooking surface for maintaining consistent output across popular menu items.
Built with a fully MIG welded aluminized steel frame, this range is designed for durability in foodservice environments. Stainless steel front, sides, back riser, plate shelf, and 6" adjustable legs support long-term kitchen use, while the full-width pull-out stainless steel crumb tray helps simplify cleanup beneath the cooking top. The unit includes one standard oversized oven and one standard oven, each with one rack, three rack positions, top browning control, and a thermostat range from 200°F to 500°F.
