Because of this, the transition from blade to handle is sleekly seamless, with the latter ergonomically shaped for comfort even over sustained periods.
This knife is great for meat lovers as the blade's fluted, Granton edge minimizes friction which helps the knife glide through raw or cooked meat with ease. The triple-rivet handle is ergonomically designed to provide optimum weight, balance, and comfort while the plastic over molded (POM) handle will hold its shape and not crack or separate from the blade.
