Bought this unit about four years ago and the wife rolled her eyes. Now she uses it more than me. Every fall we have a freezer full of berries, fruits, and veggies from the garden we eat all winter long and I repackage bulk meat buys and quick marinate for meals. Don't know how we lived without it. Bags are only about 10 cents each and a pack of 1000 lasts for years. Price seems high until you factor it over time. Buy once cry once.
