With the capability to produce up to 1044 lbs of soft, chewable nugget ice per day, this machine is perfect for restaurants, bars, or institutions that demand large amounts of ice. Its nugget ice is ideal for mixed drinks and fountain beverages, displacing more liquid than cubed ice to reduce syrup costs per cup. The remote condenser (sold separately) can be placed outside, on the roof, or in another room to reduce noise and heat in the space where the ice machine is located. This model is designed to save you money, using 40% less water and 15% less energy than traditional cubed ice machines. The AutoAlert system provides clear indicators when it’s time for maintenance, while removable panels allow for easy access to internal components for efficient service.
