This two-piece stainless steel broiler pan with perforated top allows grease to drain off, while you cook, for healthier results. Constructed of stainless steel for strength and durability. Best foods to broil are rib and loin cuts of meat, boneless chicken, fish, shellfish, vegetables, and breads. The thicker the food item, the lower your oven rack should be.
