Description
The Pratica FIT Express is a ventless double-magnetron high-speed countertop oven that stacks impinged air convection, microwave energy, and bottom infrared heat to cook, brown, and finish foods in a fraction of the time a conventional oven takes. Designed for cafes, delis, c-stores, and mall or airport kiosks, it holds an 11.81" pizza or a full loaded sub inside a compact 15.2" wide chassis and operates without a hood.
