Description
The Omcan CE-CN-F5-LP is a 21-inch propane gas floor fryer designed for commercial kitchen use. With an 80 lb capacity, fast temperature recovery, and a large cold zone, it is built to support demanding frying applications in restaurants and other foodservice operations. Its pressure blasted stainless steel construction provides a smooth finish for easier cleaning, while the propane gas design does not require an electric connection.
This commercial fryer features five fire tubes and a total power output of 150,000 BTU/hr. It includes twin baskets with plastic coated handles, four adjustable stainless steel legs, and a 1-1/4 inch full port drain valve for fast and complete oil drainage. High-limit temperature protection automatically cuts off the gas at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for added safety. This unit is manufactured for commercial installation only and is not intended for home use.
