The Macap CPS is a countertop dynamometric tamper engineered to deliver a perfectly consistent 25 kg tamp on every single espresso. Its calibrated spring mechanism releases the exact same pressure with each pull, taking guesswork and wrist fatigue out of the bar workflow. The CPS ships with two interchangeable aluminum tamping discs in Ø52 mm and Ø57.5 mm, making it compatible with the vast majority of commercial and prosumer portafilters. The stable base and fixed geometry guarantee a level, distortion-free puck for repeatable extractions all shift long.
