Description
The Omcan Mandoline Vegetable Slicer finely cuts vegetables with razor sharp blades. The product features 5 interchangeable blades: 3 julienne blades, 1 slicing blade and 1 waffle blade. The slicer's handles and feet are tightly coated with rubber for added stability during its use. The slicer's top levers will allow slicing for thickness adjustments up to 3/8". Includes a safety plastic hand pusher to help with slicing. This handy manual slicer is designed to cut and waffle, and slice and julienne a variety of fruits and vegetables. Constructed of high quality 18/10 stainless steel for added durability and long lasting service.
