Chip Resistant & Long-Lasting
Emile Henry products do not chip or crack easily. One can cut directly on the surface without scratching or damaging the product. There is no lead or cadmium in the products, all of the glazes meet California Prop 65, and all of the products are 100% food safe. Offered in a large variety of colors, the glazes will not craze, discolour or fade over time.

This is absolutely a workhorse piece of cookware. You could bake with it and serve with it, it makes everything look so pretty, and it is the perfect size for casseroles or roast potatoes, or macaroni and cheese or whatever you like to serve even a small chicken. It washes up as if it was nonstick, but it is all natural, ceramic water.
