Description
Two independent 7 lb tanks, 3 L each, sit side by side in this countertop electric fryer across a 21.25" wide body. Separate oil in each basin lets a food truck or a bar run fish on one side and fries on the other without flavour carrying over. Both basins come with their own basket.
Each side has its own 1780 W element on 120 V single phase pulling 14.83 A, and each has its own NEMA 5-15P cord, which means two receptacles and two 20 amp breakers rather than one shared circuit. Confirm that before the unit lands on the counter. Construction is stainless steel with a thickened stainless steel basin per side, cool-to-the-touch lift handles, and thermostat control that shuts the element off at temperature and restarts it as the oil drops. Net weight is 21 lbs over a 15.00" deep, 11.13" high body, with 17.00" clearance to combustibles and 4.00" at the rear.
