Description
This countertop electric fryer holds 7 lbs of oil, 3 L, and plugs into a standard 120 V receptacle through a NEMA 5-15P cord cap. It draws 1780 W at 14.83 A on single phase, which is the number to check against the circuit before it goes on the line. Concession stands and coffee shops use it where a floor fryer will not fit.
