Description
Five 12" sections make up the 60" plate on this manual gas griddle, each with a 30,000 BTU/Hr burner, for 150,000 BTU/Hr in total. That is five temperatures held at once across a 59.75" x 20.50" cooking surface. Institutional kitchens and large breakfast operations use the whole plate during service and shut sections down when the rush is over.
Plate thickness is 0.75" of polished steel, which is what keeps a surface this large from dropping off when it is loaded end to end. The cabinet measures 60.00" wide, 30.00" deep and 15.25" high, standing on adjustable stainless steel legs with non-skid feet. A full-length drip pan removes for cleaning and the stainless steel interior wipes down. Gas connects at 0.75" NPT, and the griddle converts between natural gas at 4" WC and propane at 10" WC.
