Description
Ten full-size sheet pans, stacked two decks high, still inside a 38.00" wide footprint. Each deck runs its own three burners, its own two-speed fan and its own set of double-pane glass doors, so a bakery can proof and bake at different temperatures at the same time. Six burners at 18,000 BTU/hr each give 108,000 BTU/hr total.
Twenty adjustable shelf positions across the two cavities carry five pans per deck, on nickel-plated chrome racks, and both decks cover 175°F to 500°F independently. Electronic spark ignition with an automatic pilot and safety shut-off handles start-up, and each fan has an adjustable cool-down mode for the end of service. Stacked height is 68.50" on a 38.00" x 39.75" base, and net weight is 365 lb, 540 lb boxed. Clearances are 17.00" from combustibles and 4.00" at the rear, which matters when you are fitting two decks under an existing hood.
