Description
Three 12" sections across a 36" plate give this manual gas griddle 90,000 BTU/Hr and three temperatures at once. Every section gets a 30,000 BTU/Hr burner, a manual valve and a stainless steel standby pilot. Cafeterias and busy breakfast lines run the plate that way, with a hot searing zone and a lower holding zone side by side.
Under the 36.00" x 20.50" cooking area is 0.75" of polished steel, thick enough to hold temperature when a full load hits it at once. Cleanup happens at the drip pan, which runs the length of the unit and lifts out. Stainless steel forms the exterior and interior, and the adjustable legs stand on non-skid feet. Net weight is 245 lbs, gas is 0.75" NPT, and the griddle arrives configured for natural gas with an LP conversion kit.
