Description
Six burners, 36.00" of counter and 168,000 BTU/Hr of gas input. This countertop hot plate suits banquet and cafeteria kitchens that need open-burner capacity in volume without committing floor space to another range. The cooking surface is 36.00" x 24.00", with each burner rated 28,000 BTU/Hr.
All six burners are heavy-duty lift-off cast iron, individually valved, and backed by stainless steel standby pilots so a burner can sit idle and still light instantly. The body is stainless steel inside and out with a cool-to-the-touch front edge, which matters on a 36.00" unit that cooks stand shoulder to shoulder along. One seamless drip pan spans the full width and lifts out for washing. Set on adjustable stainless legs with non-skid feet, it measures 28.75" deep and 13.38" high and weighs 154 lbs.
