Description
A bed of volcanic rock sits between the burners and the grates on this 36" gas charbroiler. Three burners at 35,000 BTU/Hr each bring the total to 105,000 BTU/Hr, and fat dripping onto the hot rock flashes into smoke that seasons whatever is on the grate above. Each 12" section runs off its own manual valve, giving three zones across the 36" width.
The body is stainless steel inside and out, with a cool-to-the-touch stainless front edge and standing pilot ignition. A full-width crumb tray comes out for cleaning and the stainless steel legs adjust for an uneven counter. The unit is CSA Sanitation certified.
