The B-HOOD is the condensation hood made for Bistrot series combi ovens, sitting on top of the oven at 33.50" wide, 38" deep and 8" high. It draws off the extra steam produced inside the baking chamber automatically. That is what lets a Bistrot oven go into a restaurant, bakery or institutional kitchen where there is no exhaust canopy over that part of the line.

Wiring is not a separate trade call, because the hood plugs directly into the oven AUX plug and needs no dedicated circuit. The body is high quality stainless steel, so it matches the oven cabinets it sits on, and a modular pipe attachment lets the discharge adapt to different oven heights. Assembly is straightforward, and the hood carries a 1 year warranty.
