Description
The entire top of this 24.00" range is griddle. There are no open burners: a 24.00" x 20.00" polished steel plate under manual control covers the whole cooking surface, and a standard oven sits directly below it. Breakfast houses, diners and burger counters that need plate space plus oven space in a two-foot slot are the natural fit.
Two griddle burners at 28,000 BTU/hr each fire the plate, giving the cook two independently valved zones so eggs can hold at one temperature while smash patties sear at another, and a 30,000 BTU/hr oven burner brings total input to 86,000 BTU/hr. The oven cavity is enamel lined at 26.00" x 26.00" x 15.00" with two chrome racks, four rack-guide positions and a 175°F to 500°F thermostat, and a full-width stainless steel crumb tray sits under the top section. Front, sides, kick plate, back guard and over shelf are stainless steel. Net weight is 305 lb, 371 lb boxed.
