Description
This 24" radiant charbroiler carries two U-shaped burners rated 35,000 BTU/Hr each, 70,000 BTU/Hr in total, under a 24" x 19.75" grate. Each burner serves its own 12" section with a separate manual valve and standing pilot, so one half can sear while the other half holds. It suits a pub kitchen or a food truck that needs real searing heat on a counter instead of a full range bay.
The cabinet is stainless steel inside and out, with double-walled sides and a front edge that stays cool to the touch. The top grate sets in two positions, closer to the flame for searing or further off for slower cooking, and the full-width crumb tray pulls out at the end of service. Gas comes in through a 0.75" NPT connection, and the unit ships set for natural gas at 4" WC with the propane conversion kit included. At 132 lbs on adjustable stainless steel legs it sits level and stays put, and it wants 17" of clearance to combustibles with 4" at the rear.
