Description
A single heavy-duty cast iron three-ring burner sits 22.50" off the floor on this 18.00" gas stock pot range, rated 80,000 BTU/Hr. Low working height is the whole point: a full stock pot goes on and comes off at waist level instead of being lifted onto a range top. Banquet and institutional kitchens run it for stock and soup production in quantity.
Two manual control valves fire the burner rings separately, so the outer ring can drop away for a long simmer while the inner ring carries the heat. Two continuous standing pilots keep it ready between batches. Heavy duty cast iron top grates take the weight over an 18.00" x 18.00" cooking area, and the stainless steel sides and front valve cover wipe down after a boil-over. The full-length seamless drip pan pulls out, and the 115 lb unit stands on stainless steel legs.
