Description
Two 15 lb tanks, each on its own 3000 W element, make this the largest of the countertop electric fryers in the line. Total oil volume is 14 L across two separate 7 L basins in a 25.75" wide cabinet. Running two oils side by side keeps a seafood order out of the fries.
Electrically it is a 208 V single phase unit, 14.4 A per side, with a NEMA 6-20P plug on each basin and two 20 amp breakers specified for the pair. Two dedicated 208 V receptacles are part of the install, so confirm the panel has room. Each tank is thickened stainless steel inside a stainless steel body, with an 11.00" x 9.00" x 4.60" basket and a cool-to-the-touch handle. Thermostat control per side cuts its element at temperature and restarts it as oil cools, in a 18.63" deep, 12.25" high body weighing 29.8 lbs.
