Each oven cavity includes five chrome racks with 12-position rack guides, accommodating full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans or 12" x 20" hotel pans (one pan per rack). Equipped with a 1/2 HP, 2-speed blower motor, the oven provides both low and high fan speeds to optimize air circulation for even baking and roasting results.
The intuitive manual dial thermostat offers a temperature range of 200°F to 500°F, along with a 1-hour timer and cool-down mode for precise cooking control. Built for durability, the oven features a stainless steel exterior and a porcelainized interior for easy cleaning and long-term performance.
For operator convenience, the dependent double doors allow one-handed operation, while the optional glass doors swing 135° for improved visibility and access. A mobile stand with casters ensures easy positioning and simplified cleaning around the unit.
