Part of the Culinary Series Heavy Duty lineup, this gas range delivers exceptional performance with a combination of open burners, a full-width griddle, and dual ovens for maximum cooking versatility.

The cooktop features eight high-output 32,000 BTU open burners with heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates, providing consistent heat distribution and durability for demanding service. A 24" manual-control griddle with a thick plate surface offers excellent heat retention and even cooking—ideal for breakfast service, sandwiches, and high-volume griddle applications.

Below, the range is equipped with one 26-1/2" convection oven (left) for faster, more even baking and roasting, and one 26-1/2" standard oven (right) for traditional cooking applications. With multiple racks per oven, operators can maximize output while maintaining precise control.

Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and high shelf with 20" riser, this unit is built for durability, easy cleaning, and long-term performance. Additional features like pilotless ignition systems, adjustable chrome-plated legs, removable spill trays, and lift-off burners make operation and maintenance simple and efficient.
