The Afinox INFINITY Start 80 Roll-In Blast Chiller & Freezer is engineered for high-volume kitchens requiring rapid chilling and freezing. With a capacity to hold five GN 1/1 trolleys or three GN 2/1 full-size trolleys, this unit offers both power and flexibility. Its advanced 9" touchscreen interface supports seven automatic or manual cycles including blast chilling, shock freezing, and thawing. Constructed from durable AISI 304 stainless steel, it also features a removable electronic panel for easy maintenance, a USB port and SD card for HACCP data management, and a multipoint core probe with four reading points. Capable of chilling 1,102 lbs of food from 194°F to 37°F in just 90 minutes or freezing 992 lbs to -0.4°F in 240 minutes, this unit ensures safety, efficiency, and precision.
