The Afinox INFINITY Start 120 is an advanced roll-in blast chiller and freezer engineered for heavy-duty use in high-volume commercial kitchens. Designed to accommodate up to 8 GN 1/1 or 5 GN 2/1 trolleys, this unit delivers rapid and reliable chilling and freezing even in ambient temperatures up to 40°C. With a 9-inch touchscreen interface and seven programmable cycles—including chill, freeze, and thaw—the INFINITY Start 120 ensures precise temperature control and optimal food safety. Its stainless steel AISI 304 body, removable electronics panel, and integrated HACCP data access offer ease of maintenance and compliance.
