The Afinox INFINITY 10-FS All-In-One Blast Chiller & Freezer is designed for high-volume commercial kitchens that require fast, precise chilling and freezing. With the ability to accommodate up to 10 GN 1/1 pans, this unit provides rapid cooling cycles, including blast chilling and shock freezing, using an advanced 9" touchscreen system. Built from durable AISI 304 stainless steel, it ensures hygienic, long-lasting performance. The unit also includes HACCP-compliant data logging via SD card and USB.
