The BevLes Full Size Single Clear Door Insulated Proofing Holding Cabinet is a versatile solution for commercial kitchens. The full-size model features a clear Lexan door, while the undercounter model offers a choice between clear Lexan and solid aluminum doors. Both the full-size and under-counter models come with field-reversible doors with left-hand hinges for added flexibility. The cabinet features an adjustable heating mode that keeps temperatures up to 180°F (80°C) and a proof mode that adjusts humidity between 30% and 95% with a temperature of up to 115°F (46°C). Equipped with four 5" casters, two with brakes, this cabinet is easy to move and secure in place. Whether you need to proof or hold your food items, this BevLes cabinet ensures consistent temperature and humidity levels for optimal food quality and safety.
