La construction robuste en 3 couches de ZWILLING TruClad associe 3 matériaux individuels pour créer un ustensile aux performances de cuisson exceptionnelles : l'intérieur est en acier inoxydable 18/10 pour une résistance optimale aux taches sans transfert de goût, un noyau en aluminium pur assure une distribution de chaleur rapide et uniforme pour garantir une cuisson équilibrée sans risque de points chauds et l'extérieur est en acier chromé magnétique permettant des performances superbes avec les dernières plaques de cuisson à induction. La poignée sculptée en fonte creuse avec une fixation rivetée en « V » reste froide pour une sécurité accrue et moins de fatigue au coude.
L'intérieur antiadhésif en céramique CERAFORCE est sans PTFE & PFOA, résistant aux rayures & ne brûlera pas, ne cloquera pas ou ne pèlera pas. La surface antiadhésive en céramique permet de cuisiner avec une quantité minimale d'huile ou de beurre pour des repas plus sains & un nettoyage facile.
