Sa forme carrée offre une plus grande capacité de cuisson de 5,3 pintes et permet de le placer facilement à côté d’autres plats au four. Ce plat est idéal pour le grand repas de Thanksgiving, lorsque vous avez déjà suffisamment de vaisselle à laver : passez-le directement de la cuisinière au four (jusqu’à 500 °F), puis à table pour le service. Une fois le repas terminé, le revêtement antiadhésif breveté de Swiss Diamond, renforcé de diamants, facilite également le nettoyage. Il suffit d’utiliser de l’eau chaude et du savon pour nettoyer facilement le plat. Utilisez le couvercle trempé thermiquement inclus pour contrôler le niveau d’humidité à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur du four.
