La poignée en acier inoxydable de haute qualité présente une forme ergonomique qui s'adapte parfaitement à la main.
La mandoline coupe les légumes en lanières façon « julienne ». Grâce aux inserts interchangeables, il est possible de râper des morceaux de différentes largeurs.
Un troisième insert sans lame permet de réaliser des rondelles.
Le support en silicone permet de travailler sans glisser dans n'importe quelle position. De plus, la mandoline peut être utilisée directement au-dessus d'un bol. Trois inserts et un couvercle de protection sont inclus.
