Description
La gamme Global GSF est une série forgée par martelage au marteau-pilon pour une durabilité accrue dans les cuisines professionnelles. La série GSF est une collection classique de couteaux de petite et moyenne taille dotés de manches creux lestés. Cette série convient à toutes les étapes de la préparation des aliments. Les produits GSF sont plus lourds que les séries G et GS. Il s’agit d’un couteau polyvalent de petite taille, doté d’une lame fine et incurvée en forme de bec d’oiseau. Il permet d’éplucher, de couper, de nettoyer et de garnir les fruits et légumes.
- Trempé à l’eau glacée et durci à une dureté Rockwell de 56° à 58° C
- Fabriqué en acier inoxydable Cromova 18.
- Conserve un tranchant rasoir plus longtemps que tout autre acier et résiste à la rouille, aux taches et à la corrosion

The History of Global
The first GLOBAL knives were designed in 1985 by Komin Yamada whose task was to develop a range of knives which was truly new and revolutionary, harnessing the best materials available and the most modern design concepts. Global knives appeal to the professional and amateur chief alike, are comfortable and easy to handle, and meet the most demanding requirements.
The Finest Materials
GLOBAL knives are made from the finest stainless steel material. The blades utilize CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56°-58°, which holds a razor sharp edge longer than any other steel and resists rust, stains and corrosion. Like the Samurai swords before them, each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand.
Still Hand-Crafted
From a very modest beginning GLOBAL has developed into one of the success stories of the 1990’s. Still crafted by hand in Yoshikin’s factory in Niigata with the most exacting standards, they are sold in more than 89 countries around the world attracting ever more attention and acclaim.
