La gamme STEEL va encore plus loin et transcende l'usage domestique. C'est une machine à café semi-professionnelle pour la maison, les bureaux et même le secteur de l'hôtellerie.
Elle a été conçue par l'équipe d'ingénierie de l'usine Ascaso dans ses versions UNO et DUO et elle est proposée dans une carrosserie industrielle robuste qui répond aux exigences de l'utilisateur expert. Elle est fabriquée avec des matériaux de la plus haute qualité (aluminium, acier inoxydable, laiton), et une utilisation minimale de plastique. La version standard est équipée d'un porte-filtre de 58 mm et d'un contrôle électronique de la température.
La version PID offre des performances complètement professionnelles : OPV réglable à l'extérieur et un affichage PID externe pour le réglage de la température, pré-infusion réglable, option de veille et bien plus encore. Une machine professionnelle à la maison ! Le réservoir de 2L peut être retiré pour faciliter l'entretien, le nettoyage et l'accès visuel, permettant à l'utilisateur de vérifier rapidement la quantité d'eau dans la chambre. Le réservoir peut être rempli avec la machine à café en fonctionnement. Sans BPA.

Clean Water
Here it is constantly renewed and clean for every coffee. The taste and smell of the coffee are unaffected. As the water does not stand in the boiler, being constantly re-heated, quality is not affected.
