Ive had the H1 set for 10 years and wanted the stainless steel D5 set. Im an AllClad groupie and love how the product holds heat. It makes a huge difference in cooking meats… the taste is more flavourful.

Nice pan, heavy, solid and nonstick, it heats evenly, albeit somewhat slower than the 3 ply. Would recommend if you have no issue with nonstick coatings.

We initially purchased the 10" version of this pan and liked it but it was a bit small for some larger recipes so happy to have also added this one. It's not a cheap pan, but I've had some cheap pans over the year and you can notice the higher quality. Haven't had it long enough to attest to longevity, but online reviews seem to hold it in reasonably high regard as far as non-stick pans go.
