Description

    Love this

Only used it twice to make sourdough bread and it works perfectly. The only problem is I wish I had two so I could make two loaves at a time.

Much better than a Dutch oven

I’m pretty happy with my results so far. I bake a 3.5 cup sourdough loaf and the baker can handle that but I’m going to scale my recipe up as the baker has the room. Makes a soft crust which I like.
