Tirez la poignée vers le haut et relâchez : le mécanisme à ressort provoque une vibration et le tranchant du dôme coupe parfaitement la coquille. Fend proprement le dessus de la coquille d'œuf afin qu'elle puisse être facilement retirée à la main ou avec un couteau. Ne produit aucun fragment.
