Cuisinart - Cafetière individuelle haut de gamme - SS-10C

Not happy! Upon unboxing my Cuisinart single serve and following first time operations I received an EEO error. Unfortunately, this was a late Friday afternoon of a long weekend. No one available at customer service until Monday. On Monday, After hours of ‘on hold’ , I finally selected an automated call back. Two days later they did call me back. Many attempts the clear EEO error failed. I was instructed to return product. Days past, I contacted CS again for a shipping label. I Was then told to cut the cord and send pictures. I have done everything CS has asked for . An entire month has past and I still do not have a replacement!

Can not review a product I have not received. Most disappointing.

Very nice, looking machine and strong built. Really liked the unit at this point.

Love this make and model. When my last one finally gave

up the ghost, i bought the very same again SS-10.

Good price and delivery

Like the bigger reservoir, smart look. The unit is not compatable with compostable style pods, as they overflow with grounds in the coffee cup and all around the pod holder, makes a big mess. I had to change to the hard shell type pod. For this reason I would not recommend or purchase again.

Works like a charm. Coffee is ready very quickly!

I was a bit surprised as I was expecting a traditional coffee maker on demand and a single serve Keurig. The price on the Cuisinart web site was $270 but the item was sold out. I found Chef Supplies and they had the SS 10C available for $200 with free shipping and a $10 discount.

The package arrived as scheduled. There was a Keurig offer available this week and I was able to stock up. The Keurig works well and I have also been able to brew my flavoured ground coffee in the single serve basket.

Thanks,

Don Lum

Just received this and have used it for a few days and so far is working very well. Great service from Chef Supplies as well. Ordered on Friday evening and was shipped on Monday and received Thursday.
