La poignée en acier inoxydable de haute qualité présente une forme ergonomique qui s'adapte parfaitement à la main. La lame en V réduit l'effort et assure une coupe très nette. Réglable sur cinq positions jusqu'à 5 mm. La lame est également remplaçable.
Le support en silicone permet de travailler sans glisser dans n'importe quelle position. La râpe peut également être utilisée directement au-dessus d'un bol.
La surface en V est parfaite pour réaliser un carpaccio fin ou une râpe grossière. Comprend un porte-légumes et un couvercle de protection.
