Description

    My loaves turn out amazing!

This Baker works incredible for sourdough recipes as well as conventional bread loaves. Only drawback is that the handles for the top cover are hard to grasp securely with regular pot holders. It can be a bit tricky to handle the slippery edges of the lid when trying to remove and replace it when it is 450+ degrees F. Bigger flanges on the ends might help. I am not a fan of oven mitts.
