Il confère à chaque lame une finition parfaite après l'affûtage du couteau sur une pierre comme le « Brocken » belge. Les deux surfaces sont parfaites pour travailler avec les pâtes à polir de la gamme Boker. Surface de travail : 4,0 x 26 cm.
